Admission Procedures


Find out all the important information necessary in pursuing an education at AMTRC Academy. Prospective students who are interested to enrol in AMTRC Acaedmy will have to complete the application process.





Step 1

FILL IN THE APPLICATION FORM

Click on the DOWNLOAD button, download application form and fill up all the details.


Step 2

PREPARE DOCUMENTS

The following documents are required to be sent together with your application:

a) 1 copy of identity card - both front and back on 1 page
b) School leaving certificate (sijil berhenti sekolah) for both PMR & SPM
c) True copies of exam results, transcripts and relevant certs (e.g. SPM, PMR)
d) 2 passport-sized colour photographs with blue background



Step 3

SUBMIT THE APPLICATION FORM

Send your application form together with your payment for the Application and Registration fee to here:

You will be informed of your application status by our Programme Counsellors.
A letter of acceptance and receipt of payment will be sent to you.
